Hi Please do gargal daily with salted water :- drink boiled water. :- avoid street food and spicy food Take this medicine for 3 days:- :-Cefixim 200 mg BD ( after breakfast and dinner) :- citrazine once a day( after dinner) :- Paracetamol 600 mg ( after breakfast and dinner) Along with it:- Giloy juice (one teaspoon) or take fresh giloye stick crush it and boil it in water on low flame and drink that water . (fir 2,3 weeks) OR Wheatgrass juice daily.( one tea spoon )
