See..it’s you must role out the exact cause of these chronic illness and her weak immune systems..if she is having gastritis issues, lack of appetite and constipation , on and off abdominal pain , dry hair , body pain , bone pain..if she complains some of these then u must realise she is having digestive issues and there is inflammation in her gut ..so due to lack of some specific vitamin her immune system is weak , digestive system is weak so due to internal dryness , irritation , vitamin deficiency, and inflammation she is suffering from all chronic illness ( recurrent cold, fever , cough ) Sometime there is dry cough caused due to acid reflux , so in that condition cough syp will not work.. There will be different treatment principles So if u get some clue from my msg and if it’s helpful den book ur appointment for treatment ..

Thank you for sharing details about your little daughter 🌸. I’ll give you a safe, child-friendly Ayurvedic approach. --- ### 1. **For frequent cold, cough, and mild immunity support** For children of **3–4 years (13 kg)**, avoid strong medicines. Instead, use gentle, age-appropriate remedies: ✅ *****Churna** – * Dose: **¼ teaspoon** mixed with honey, **once or twice a day** (especially if cough is dry or mild congestion). ✅ *****+ Honey** – * 3–4 fresh ***leaves crushed with 1 tsp honey, **once daily**. ✅ **Warm ***/***seed potli** (dry roast ***, tie in cloth, apply on chest & back) for congestion relief. --- ### 2. **For fever** You are already giving **P250 (paracetamol)** as prescribed – continue that as needed. Along with it, you can give **Tulsi decoction (Kashayam)** (2–3 leaves boiled in water, reduced to half, given lukewarm, 1–2 tsp). --- ### 3. **Immunity boosters (Rasayana)** * *******: Yes, safe after age 3. * Dose: **½ teaspoon once daily** with warm milk. * **Nelikai Ilagam (Amla Lehyam)**: Can be given, but start with a **tiny amount (¼ tsp once daily)** and see tolerance. * **Swasthya Rakshak measures**: * Adequate sleep (10–12 hrs). * Oil massage (Abhyanga) with sesame/coconut oil 2–3 times a week. * Sun exposure for Vitamin D. * Avoid too much cold food/drinks, packaged snacks, and excess sweets. --- ### 4. **When to see doctor quickly** * High fever >101°F persisting >2 days. * Breathing difficulty, fast breathing, wheezing. * Poor feeding, drowsiness. --- Would you like me to also suggest a **gentle Ayurvedic immunity formulation** (commonly available in India, e.g., Dabur, Himalaya, Kottakkal) that’s safe for daily use in small kids? Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.

Frequent cold, cough, and fever at this age are common as immunity is still developing. Along with good diet, sleep, and hygiene, Ayurveda can support prevention. Chyawanprash can be given in a small dose (about half to one teaspoon daily with warm milk or water). Nelikai (amla) based preparations are also useful for immunity in small quantities. Classical powders like Sitopaladi or Talisadi churna are commonly used for recurrent cold and cough, but these should be given only under proper medical guidance with the right dosage. Since dosage and duration depend on the child’s age, digestion, and frequency of illness, it is best to take personalized advice before starting regular medicines.
