My daughter 5 year old have frequent cold and ear pain. We went to doctor today and had xray and I am attaching xray report. They said she has enlarged adenoids. Can you pls help me in this also is there any treatment to stop recurring occurance of cold and cough

It is common to have frequent attacks of cold at this age..only thing you can do is to improve the immunity of the child.

You can give half tea spoon of Haridra Khanda with milk twice daily and along with it give half spoon of chyavanprash. Steam inhalation helps to relieve symptoms immediately.
Enlarged adenoids points to weakened immune system as is in case of the baby. It caused recurrent infections in the past and may cause recurrent infections till we work on immunity and improve it through ayurveda

Adenoids are lymphoid tissue like tonsils.Inflamation is due to immune response to infection.Ear ,nose open to throat and hence infection may spread to ears also.steam inhalation and salt water gargle may try alongwith ayurvedic medicine.
