Sir, Can you suggest any medichine for immune increases. Some time I feel cold and sneezing. Plz sugest any medichine for immune system.

Lifestyle Tips (Dinacharya) For Boosting Immunity Early Morning Regime (4.30am to 8.30am) Wake up between 4:30 - 5:00 in the morning or 45 minutes before sunrise. Drink 1-3 glasses of warm water Gargle with warm water added with a pinch of turmeric and salt. • Daily practice of Yogasana, Pranayama and meditation for at least 30 minutes as advised by Ministry of AYUSH Warm water bath After Noon Regimen Don't sleep during the daytime Involve in Work from Home/Indoor recreational activities like Studies, Reading, Painting, Gardening, Playing-listening Music, Social Media etc. Evening Regimen Meditation / Pranayama - 30 minutes Indoor Recreational Activities Dietetic Rules • Eat only when hungry, in the appropriate amount according to the digestive power (Neither too less nor more) Always take a fresh & warm diet. Eat easily digestible foods. Eat a night meal 3 hours after sunset or till 8 pm. Sleep Sleep atleast 2-3 hours after dinner. Adequate sleep is very important for health. Dhupana - (fumigation) of the house every evening with antimicrobials such as Neem leaf, Sarshapa (Brassica campestris L), Loban (gum benzoin/benzoin - Styrax bezoinDryand), Karpura (Cinnamomum camphora (L) J.Presl.), Ghee etc. Also usage of Aparajita Dhooma Choorna (A.h. Jwara Chikitsa) as per availability can be adopted.

These are signs symptoms in dushta Pratishay If dushta Pratishay remains untreated then it developes upadrava 1) Sneezing , dryness in nose with most of time 2) Blocking of nose 3) Running nose regularly 4) Foul smelling from nose 5) Burning sensation in nose 6) Swelling in nose 7) Developement of granthi (गांठ) in nose 8) Pus formation in nose 9) Bleeding from nose 10) Developement of pimples or funsi in nose. 11) Developement of other ENT diseases of head, ear, eyes, mouth, teeth etc 12) Hairfall, Changes in hair colour 13) Frequently thirst, Breathlessness, coughing, fever developes frequently as upadrava. 14) Raktapitta bleeding from any openings in body 15) Sapta dhatu kshaya occurs due to upadrava. When body is not capable of treating rhinitis by it's own by swabhavparamwad then body needs remedies and diet lifestyle correction to improve immunity. Dushta Pratishay needs treatment and diet correction it takes time for full improvement. Upadrava diseases are not that easy for treatment. Sometimes remains whole life in body Early efforts by ayurvediy remedies diet lifestyle correction according your own prakruti sarta is best way to deal with rhinitis, dushta Pratishay and upadrava diseases.

Hello, Tab Ashwagandha 1-1 Tab Giloy 1-1 Tab. Haridra (Haldi ) 1-1 Mulethi tablets 1-1 These medicine can be taken on once in 2-4 days You can take one dosage once a day and the next other and maintain a cycle of it. Maintain your physical activity to at least 60 minutes a day. Do pranayama for making your respiratory system strong.

Hello, in order to increase immunity you need to do basic exercises or yoga, along with that you can take Amalaki rasayana 1tsp in the morning or Tab.Ashwagandha one in the night.
