I have throat pain down and front side near Adam apple iam taking cold items to heal hemorrhoids like buttermilk daily sabja seeds kathira gond coconut water etc.. how do I control my throat pain kindly suggest me..

You do have throat infection due to cold. U shouldnt take cold items and buttermilk until you do not recover from cough. You should start taking yashtimadhu churna-2-0-2 with honey and vasa kada-10ml early morning empty stomach and for hemorrhoids start taking triphala churna-0-0-1 before bed for 15 days.
