Good Morning My mom has twisted her knee , she actually slipped once in December due to which she suffered third degree ACL and then we did ayurvedic treatments and she got cured almost but now again her knee got twisted but this she is feeling pain on he knee especially when she walks and bends .But she also doesn't want to go out now as we live in hotspot region in mumbai so she wants to wait till everything will be better and I cant see her in pain. Can u help me out as to how I can sooth it , she applies hot pack on her knees and that gives her relief for a bit , what else can we do in home to make her condition better.

I am suffering from high BP and under allopathy treatment. BP don't remain same. Consuming Bael juice (wood apple) is effective for treating high BP? Pls help

Inam suffering with red rashes and pimples on body from back one week, even I am using rakthamrita khwata, prosolin soap and ointment but still it's on body, they appear and dissapear after fee hours and again at new place on body, hands, legs, underarms every where nd so much itching, nd if I am itching hardly then blood coming.. I had upper abdominal pain last week. It lasted for more than one hour. I consulted a doctor he suggested some test like blood test troponin, ccg and echocardiography i have done them all everything is normal and i took the medicines he suggested. But today i am again having that pain which lasted for 2-3 mins. Both the pains happened in the afternoon before lunch at around 2pm. Kindly advice me

Hi My mom aged 52 used pain off oil for knee pain but unfortunately ended up with itching on the used area. Facing much Itching. Why did this happen?? Please suggest how to stop this itching issue. Attached is the pic of used oil.
