Hello sir my mom has 28 mm hole in heart it can treated by aayurveda or surgery is required please give me a answer

Hi Doctor my question is can i take patanjali giloy juice early morning in the empty stomach at around 7am and Patanjali Spirulina at around 11 am i hope there will not be any side effect.

My daughter was frequently getting ill with cold and fever.and one of ayurved dr suggested me to take kumari aasav no 3 and arvindasav. Also balchaturbhadra. She is  improved a lot after i started this. It has been 5 months i am giving this. Is it advisable to countinue? Or it may side effect for giving lo g time.

After falling sick for around 10 days I started experiencing burning eyes and exhaustion all day . Before this I used to have very good skin and hair too. Now I just feel tired all day with burning eyes and dark circles . My skin and hair have become dry and dull too.

My mother is 56 years of age and she has thyroid for which she takes thyroxine sodium tablets. I. P 75 MCG. In the morning empty stumuck. Can she consume patanjali' giloy juice after that ? She also has BP and sugar. Kindly advise.

At small-small matter also, I feel anxiety due to which diarrhea starts immediately i.e I have to go for passing stool/laterine. This problem increases very much before appearing for any examination, interview or attending any meeting. During any interview or meeting, I become breathlessness due to which I become unable to speak fluently like a normal person speaks. If possible please prescribe effective herbal medicines without any side effects for getting permanent relief.

Sir can any of the ayurvedic doctor tell me about shilajeet. Which is pure shilajeet brands? How is patanjali shudh shilaheet.or any brand which is pure.please do reply your answers will be helpful for me.

Can i take baidyanath panchasav for bloating and weak digestion when i ear something my stomach get bloat

Can i  use narsimh rasayan or ashgandha lehyam in summers as i have problem of night fall? Khi isse problem increase to ni hojegi???

I want to reduce my weight, but I have a thyroid. So what kind of treatment I have to take. Will Ayurveda help in that.
