I have inflammation in my stomach means swelling and digestion is also weak nothing digests properly so can i take kumariasava and punarnivarisht together or is there any side effects of these two taking together plz reply yes or no if yes what the doses???

These medicines are good for swelling and indigestion. 20 -20 ml from each syrup with water after meal....may add some more medicines for fast and better relief. But ayurvedic medicines are given according to patients dosha and dosha increased in a particular disease, and according to symptoms.

Avoid oily ,spicy ,heavy food. For better result please let me know about the problems you have...like acidity ,constipation ,bloating..so that prominent dosha can be decided and treated properly

Hello dear,If you have acidity then Avoid asava/arista ,if not then u can take without side effects 2 tsf each with equal amount of water after meals

These do not have action on digestion.u take laghusuthashekar ras two tab  before foodtwice a day. Amlapittantak ras two tab after food one time.
