Can we take kumariasava and punarnivarisht syrup together for digestion problem or we cant take it together plz reply can we these two syrups together or not

For digestion issue, first you start using easily digestible food. Avoid inbetween meals snacks and stop bakery items. Drink plenty of water, 3 L /day. Then comes the medicine part. There are more specific medicine for your issue. Contact a doctor  and get the prescription

Kumari aasav can be taken, but why punarnava aarishta you want to take , is there any specific reason? As it works more on your urinary tract system.

Kumariasava can be taken after food for Liver problems, Digestion related problems, constipation and Menstrual problems.   Punarnavarist is for Swelling purchase. These are classical medicines and should be used after Ayurvedic Doctors consultation only because these can be harmful also in certain cases.
