No not addictive. U take Ashwagandha rasayan two tsf twice a day.

Its not an addictive. But aswagandha is a good solution for reduced sleep

Ashwagandha is not additive. It has lot of benefits. If you are taking it for insomnia or sleeplessness, you withdraw it slowly.
