Plz suggest me ayurveda medicine for my problems as per my attached reports. As per the character I have all the KAPHA character and in addition I can't tolerate heat. My weight 95 kgs and height 5ft 9 inch. My blood pressure is normal. I am vegetarian, non smoker and non alcoholic. Please mention the medicine with dosage and also mention whether to take before or after food

I am vegetarian, non smoker and non alcoholic. Please mention the medicine with dosage and also mention whether to take before or after food .

I have swelling in both my knees since 9 years. I have used several medicines like allopathy, homeopathy and ayurvedic medicines. But their is no result on my knees. What is the best medicine to free from my disease. And also pls tell me the doctors where should I consult for my disease.
