I am taking alopatthy tablets like rablet-d and Ab-flo suggested bu MD pulmologist for shortness in breath issue ..as I have to take long breath every-after 3/4 minutes . No abnormalities found in chest xray report ..no cough no cold no fever .so I m taking turmeric steam every night before going to bed  since last 3 days and started drinking warm water I eat very less. Doc said its mostly due to acidity and anxiety and immobility . The climate of mumbai is changing so rapidly and I feel suffocated at home during this lockdown .. please suggest is this turmeric steam benifits me something . Find attached xray report.i used to do walk int the evening too

Can Kidney Stone patient takes Triphala? I read somewhere that amla helps in formation of stones and triphala contains amla. Please tell me if i am wrong.

Hi Doctor, After recovering from Jaundice. I have been advised to take thiripala daily. But dono how. Can you suggest the good method and how much one can consume daily?

One spoon turmeric powder and 1 spoon Karela juice(Bitter melon) daily will effect first stage Piles/ Hemmorroihed problem ?
