What are the things to be taken care if i am attempting water fasting for 3 days for the first time...and when should i know that i must stop it in between if required? Or is there something better to detox your body completely ? Please suggest with details. Thanks.

1.)I have swelling in foot from last 10 years. 2.)The swelling is permanent and there is no pain from the swelling and it is soft. 3.)my ra factor test is normal. 4.) I have not been diagnosed from high bp, diabetes or thyroid disorders till now. 5.) Tell me which kind of disease is this And how i can cure it.

9 month kid,right leg knee not able to stretch, xray for hip and knee seems to be normal as per doctor. Can this be trated in ayurveda?

Hello Dr, My name is Allan Gomes from vasai. My piles operation was done in 2010. From last to 5 to 6 Days it has started paining a lot near the area of motion. It doesn't seem like piles. I am unable to sit at one place for more than half n hour. Even while sitting for motion it pains a lot. It isn't bleeding. While doing motion I have to put lot of pressure Dr, Can you confirm what exactly it is? Can you kindly suggest any medicine Or what precautions should I take i.e what to eat or what should avoid?

Hello. I am Johnson. 40/M. 78kg h5.3. I am suffering from fatty liver diseases. 3years back my lover enzymes were imbalance so doctor proscribed tab. Urisodexcolic acid. 200 mg. After 15 days, everything was normal. Again now I am suffering same problem. My systems are headache, Lost taste(some times) ulcers on tung, Now doctor proscribed Tab. Acotiamide 100 mg, levazeo 25. I am feeling 50% ok but still suffering some uneasy. What can I do.
