How to take chawyanprash..at what time it takes and how many days.can i take it with water because i dont like with milk...

From last 3-4 days i am suffering from stomach problem.Sometimes i feel full, gastric problem, hard stool problem. When i wake up either i feel pain in stomach or in lower abdomen. Even during night when i go for sleep i feel pain in stomach for 5 minutes. Sometimes weird voices also comes from stomach. The pain mostly happen either just under the lungs in centre( nearabout liver and stomach) or on left side under lungs( intestine). I am kidney stone patient for which i am not taking any medication. Please tell me how to get rid of this stomach problem?What should i not eat? Any home remedy. P.S - I was never allergic to papaya , this month i ate it two times, and i felt pain in stomach after eating it .

Hi doctor I'm 25yr old female  i weigh 43 kg underweight, I have thyroid from 3 years now it's in control but since I got thyroid my immunity has gone down I tried all possible remedies to take protein supplements for immunity and weight gain but still the same .I get dizziness very easily if I'm hungry and weaknesses very easily followed by headaches.I am planning to try ayurveda medicine after lockdown .What could be solution for my problem I'm extremely weak n underweight I do eat well home cooked food itself and not big fan of junk food .

Hi, For constipation what will be dosage of Isabgol ? How long I need to keep it in water ? Can I use lukewarm water ? After how long of dinner I can drink it ? Plz in mention in details
