Good morning , Mrs Radhika, We have very effective  post natal care, we also provide pre natal care  which is called as Garbha samskara, which helps in inculcating the desired quality in the progeny, during the pregnancy and delivery the body especially the uterus undergoes lot of wear and tear process so for bringing back the shape and normalcy of hormones we provide certain sets of therapies which increases the blood circulation to all the body parts especially the uterus, abdomen and lower limbs, and also certain medications for post delivery care is given which helps to tune your body and mind. Also for the new born we will provide you the medicated oils which can be used for massage for your little one.Apart from this a specific diet chart and yoga program according to your body constitution will be prepared after a proper consultation with you. Ours is an authentic kerala ayurvedic centre, our roots are originated from kerala. So keraliya therapies are done by using kerala pharmaceutical oils and powders.

Hi Radhika , after delivery the mother and child should get proper massages with medicated oil to strengthen your muscles. Herbal drinks are administered for proper lactation and to get back the physical fitness. A special diet plan will help restore the health and metabolism, as after delivery body becomes weak as well as digestion power. After 10 to 12 weeks you can start post natal yoga.
Next Steps
You can contact us for online consultation, diet plan and online yoga services .
Health Tips
Powder of Shatavari should be taken in the dose of 3 gm(1teaspoon) daily with milk to maintain the quality of lactation.

Hi Radhika. Firstly, congratulations. May i say you have made the right decision to opt for ayurveda as post delivery care. There are various steps as long term care and care to be taken immediately after delivery. With the type of delivery ( Caesarean section/ normal) your treatment will vary. You can consult me online for counseling as well as post natal care.
