Hi, now a days whenever i do work-out or do walk ng of 10000 steps i feels tried most of time n feeling sleepy after 8 to 9 hours of sleep. I feels headache or heat kind of thing on my head. At weeks I feels every tried even with out exercise. I have little back pain also. I am taking shilajit rasayan vati on my friend advise. Please help me on this n shall i take shilajit?

I have constipation since once year my gastro doctor prescribe softovac only. But when be fail to solve he send me dermatologist. He says muscle weak. But when I meet patanjali doctor  clinic he says your problem is due to issabgol (softovac). Is issabgol weakend our muscle. Why media show on TV.

Can i opt for ayurvedic meds for pcod and hirsutism? Will they heal it completely? I've taken allopathy but it doesn't seem to work.

My husband is having below mentioned problems due to Acidity though he following the right diet, please guide us with solutions- 1. Dry  burping/belching 2. Vomiting - After 1 or 2 months span 3. Headache - He suffers with headache as soon as acidity triggers in body. He always avoid Spicy/oily food, tea/coffee, junk food etc. And still he is facing the acidity problem. Please let us know the Ayurveda solutions which can be easily available.
