Hi, I'm suffering from indigestion, excessive gas, morning stiffness and anxiety issue. I wanted to know which is the best Ayurveda center where I can stay for a week and get panchkarma like vasti and etc.

I have problem of IBS, fatty liver and gallstone issue since long time, i don't want to go through surgery option. 1. How to treat the issue of fatty liver? 2. Is there medicine in ayurveda to dissolve stone naturally? 3. How to reat IBS issue from root?

I have varicocele grade 1 to 2  (mild) which is not visible which can be seen only in USG not palpable by physical examination!! I'm taking ayurvedic medicine in addition to this should I do kegel exercises??

I have severe ibs-constipation after bells palsy, i have done endoscopy but negative and show many gastrologist and psychiatrist not work the mouth ulcer occur then doctor refer dermatologist he say my muscle weak. I have taken twice cremaffin plus, lactic fiber, dulcoflax 3 tablet, lactizip syrup only softovac with kayam churn work but only 60% motion in morning stomach become heavy after motion should i take i twice a day. I think i have sodium, potassium deficiency. I am takin pan d twice before meal and nurobion forte twicd after meal. Or take vitamin c tablet tablet with churn
