I have hypothyroid since 7years I take 75mg thyroxine tablet daily. tsh is normal.i have 3 kidney stones from 2years.i take ayurveda medicines for kidney stones not any  use. Any Ayurveda medicines  are there can  cure completely hypothyroid & ibs.in allopathy ibs &hypothyroid cannot cure only maintain.please tell me  how long time can I  use Ayurveda medicine to cure hypothyroid &ibs.

I have big pores on my face and pimples popping out every now and then. I am vegetarian. My diet is not that good. Please suggest me.
