What diet does Ayurveda suggests? Eating twice a day or 4 meals a day? Please answer and also suggest key ingredients of Ayurveda diet.

I I had a pain after my delivery on 10th month is started pain in my ulnar side wrist on both hand I visited to ayurveda doc she done the nadi pariksha and said it's a normal pain after delivery this pain occurs if u won't seen u proper care after the delivery and said it will go its own and given, 2 med for the same...and I asked what if it is arthritis for the same doc said it is not arthritis bcz there is no swelling or redness and there is no continue pain if it is RA than it will pain ur continue and all over part of the joint and it won't come like once in 2 month or something so it is a normal pain I attached the pic for the same

I have been using Ganaton DSR for last 8 months, now I want get off it, could you advice me that should I start taking Gasex tablet by Himalaya so that I can stop taking Ganaton?

Please suggest measures to reduce body heat ? Can excess body heat lead to osteo arthritis gradually?

I had an ulnar side wrist pain on both hand for the same I am taking treatment from. One of the ayurvedic doc she said it's a normal pain after the delivery due to not taking proper care after delivery and just given normal med from her clinic but I question her but when I Google there was mentioned more about arthritis for the same doc said... If it is RA it will effect all joint and pain will b continue it won't come like urs like once in a 2 month and if u want to find u can check with Esr CRp and cbc test for the same and said if there is an inflammation it will show in raised CRp and for the same I asked as u given med just two tablets for that she said if u think u have RA the tablet won't work on that pain as I given normal ayurveda tablets to u hence if it is an RA ur CRp and esr will raise for sure and I checked for the same as my report come negative or CRp and esr was normal 10 and said it's a normal pain which will go by its own hence take a proper diet for the same

Not on whole wrist it's only on ulnar side pinky wrist when I try to push and get up from the floor it's pain later it won't pain during the work same I got in left hand too is that normal as I went to one ayurveda doc near to my place she done nadi pariksha and said it's a normal pain aftet delivery which will goes on time even I asked that I Googled there was arthritis like OA and rA she said nothing do with that this pain is normal and it's came as u won't took proper care of ur after delivery due to that u faceing such issue is that true my cbc ear 10 and uric acid 4 all are normal only

Hello sir From last around 4-5 months i am having bleeding from the anus and that to a lump of mass is there on one side.After being treated for piles for many days I went to allopathic doctor.After being diagonsed physically he told you are suffering from rectal prolyp and it needs a surgery. -is there any other option available -its already around 5 months.shall i wait or go for surgery. -is there any treatment available in hompathic or Ayurvedic for rectal prolyp.
