32y/F, having sleepiness , anxiety and stress since 1 month, use to sleep but after wakeup feeling like haven't sleep, full day so many thoughts going in mind and most of the negative, can you please help ?

My vata and pitta both are on the higher side . Because of that I am facing digestive issues. Bloating , lack of appetite , fullness , no feeling of evacuation on defecation . It is like a vata , pitta imbalance IBS . I am in need of an ayurvedic doctor for planning my diet to balance both .

Does panchkarma especially udwartan help in weight-loss.. How many sessions are required for losing 10-15 kgs. Does only udwartan only suffice The requirement or diet is required along with this udwartan to lose weight..

I have hypothyroid since 7years I take 75mg thyroxine tablet daily. tsh is normal.i have 3 kidney stones from 2years.i take ayurveda medicines for kidney stones not any  use. Any Ayurveda medicines  are there can  cure completely hypothyroid & ibs.in allopathy ibs &hypothyroid cannot cure only maintain.please tell me  how long time can I  use Ayurveda medicine to cure hypothyroid &ibs.
