Hi everyone I have 3 piles lumps at 3' 5' and 11' clock positions , I went to prystine care for advice , They have advised stapled procedure , I was curious If ayurvedic Kshar sutra is the Ideal procedure for me. Thanks for your response

Dear Sir/madm I am 32 year old men, am having a problem of nasal polyps / sinusitis. When am undergo treatment the polyps size will reduce and become normal for six months and again it arises, am having this problem from approximately two years. Now again it came and very hard to breathe so am often using Nasolin or Otrivin spray, this may resist for 6-8 hours. I also tried Nasya therapy with Tulasi Swarasadi Taila as instril oil, not getting good results. Can anyone suggest best medicines and to clear permanently.

My 2year daughter have hearing problem.according to bera test left ear severe to profound means 5th wave on 80 db and10% working.roght ear mild to moderate means 5th wave on 40 db and 35% working.any medicine to improve her hearing power .any suggestions
