Face pimple my 1.5 month old son have many marks in daytime but nighttime fully hided,may I know reason and how to cure this...

This is not pimples I guess . This is fungal infection of face commonly known as tinea faciae. This will require local as well as systemic treatment and proper hyegine training about cloths and everything

May be some allergic eruptions. Do nut rub it .while bathing do not use oil,flour to wash. Instead use baby oil and wash with  gentle baby soap/shampoo. Apply fresh aloevera gel everyday twice.. Ur breast feeding I suppose,so u take Laghusuthashrkara rasa 250mg twice a day. void oily foods.take 2 to  4 ts of of ghee daily. Drink abundant boiled cooled water. 2 to3 ltrs per day. Take soubhagya Shinto lehya 2 tsf twice a day. Or add 1/4 tsf zhuntipowder in a glss of warm milk ,sugar, drink twice a day. Also can take dashamulaarista 2 tsf twice a day.
