I have acid reflux in throat and pain in abdomen and moveable pain ENT doc told I have H pylori but I don't want to go for antibiotics want ayervedic treatment what to eat.

Although Antibiotics therapy is better yet anyway u want to take Ayurvedic treatment, Don't worry, Take Aloe vera fresh 20 ml at morning and evening, Avipattikar Churna 1 tsf bid before meals Avoid stress Live in present Enjoy your life , take Mulahathi/Yastimadhu ( Glycerrhiza glabera) piace in water 1 tsf at night ,filter at morning and drink filtrate
