Suffering from h pylori erosive pan gast
I want to ask about these herbal medicines Avipattikar churn Kamadhudh ras Amlapittantak yog Soot Shekhar Ras tab Mahashankh vati Can I take these ayurvedic medicines in h pylori erosive pan gastritis, My symptoms are, heartburn, pain in back especially left shoulder and pain in stomach mostly in left side and frequent belching, undigested food particles in stool and already under weight, losing weight, lost almost 6kg in 4months. Please help me I don't know what I should do, Had 14 days antibiotic treatment and also went to an ayurvedic doctor and he prescribed, suaf ark, tapyadi loha, panchaamrut parpati, bel giri powder, nagarmotha, jatamansi herbs,.. . Said not to eat fruit and raw vegetables except pomegranate and resins Told me to have lunch before 11 am and then dinner between 6 pm to 7 pm Please guide me and help me to deal with this becteria

All medicines look good except avipattikar churna as with gastritis it may not suit you. Also adding shatavari and yashtimadhu will help but under doctors supervision. Also , to reduce Inflammation in the body follow anti inflammatory HAIP DIET and practice rebalancing techniques mentioned in it that will help in curbing stress which is one of the major causes of gastritis.
