I had infection in ear may be fungal or bacterial, fluid in ear, is there any remedy to clean ear to remove infection.

Hello Dr, My name is Allan Gomes from vasai. My piles operation was done in 2010. From last to 5 to 6 Days it has started paining a lot near the area of motion. It doesn't seem like piles. I am unable to sit at one place for more than half n hour. Even while sitting for motion it pains a lot. It isn't bleeding. While doing motion I have to put lot of pressure Dr, Can you confirm what exactly it is? Can you kindly suggest any medicine Or what precautions should I take i.e what to eat or what should avoid?

Sir, i am suffering from thyroid problem latest report results as under:- TSH = 40.29 ANTI TPO ANTIBODIES= 804.10 can I take ashwagandha  treatment at home or pls give any other suggestions for treatment at home.. I am already take thyronorm one tablet at morning.
