If i take ashwagandha for 3months and then stop for 1 month and then again restarting it and continue this cycle for long term or forever then will it be good?

I'm loosing hair rapidly, not able to get rid of this problem since many years. My hair roots are very weak now.. Is there any solution for my problem??

Some time I am not able to walk as uric crystals are creating issue at ankle and bottom feet. If I take zyloric then again this get relaxed. But it's repeating every 6 months. Is there any proper treatment in ayurveda.

I am a patient of Hypertension, Diabeties and Bronchal Asthma. For Diabeties I am taking Allopathic medicines. My HbA1C was measured on 11th may as 6.8 and BS fasting was 156. Today I measured BS fasting by my home instument and it was 149. I am taking Diabetex strong ayurvedic medicine also. These days this medicine is not available in the market. Can I take Chandra Prabha bati by Baidyanath or any other medicine in place of this. Kindly advice.

Since 1 year I am thyroid problem recently 30 may I check my thyroid report it is normal... but last 4 and 5days my mind have displaced little bit... what can I do..??? one more thing I will say that.. 2019 I have a mind related problem.. I do (m.r.i) but have nothing on it... and eat tablets I am fine but recetly little bit(minor) problem occurs on mind.. both report and prescription I upload.. can I sought out by this problem with home remedies.. My family taking kadha made of ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, tulsi, honey, kismis, ajwain, black pepper, pudina. Can we take it daily once. Or there should be only specific time duration?

I have used acnovate gel and paknet c gel for acne...the acne have gone..but it left face with acnw scars..give me treatment for acne scar..i am follower of ayurveda...plz suggest me some treatment

I am high BP patient and under allopathy treatment for many years  and also taking some anti allergies tablets for cold and flu suggested  by physician. I want to use Arjun bark after boiling . (1)Can I take Arjun bark for treatment of BP and continuing my allopathy medicine same time? (2) taking Arjun bark after boiling and consuming it empaty stomach can cause any problem like Gas, bloating or weekness in body? (3) Consuming Arjun bark can increase my cold and cough if taken regularly? Pls help Pls suggest

My leg both  foot are crackng. My foot seen very bad. How to cure this condition. Iam following many medications but no effect cracking increased daily. How to remove. Plz tell me.
