Talk to experienced doctor online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Medicine selection should be done by consultant not by patient himself.
Are you choosed your allopathy blood medicine himself or you have asked bp tablet like arjun chal?
Medicine selection should be done by respective consultant not by yourself without any basic understanding of shatra
Arjun chal is not a food product.
Swaras or kadha if taken wrongly by wrong way then bloating gas etc will occur.
You can take Arjun bark with your allopathy medicine. You have to change your life style also. Some exercise, change in food etc you need. Family history, work pressure etc have important role. When ever you get time talk to me in detail
