Arjun bark
My mother is 57 years and she is high BP patient. She is under allopathy treatment for many years but addition to that I want to give her some Arjun bark which I bought from Ayurvedic store. (1) Will it be safe for her to use Arjun bark for treatment high BP along with allopathy medicine ? (2) Also tell me how to use Arjun bark and in what quantity ? Pls help

U have pound it into coarse powder.take about 50 GM's and addto 200 ml water. Reduce to 1/4 ie50 ml water.u take this in two divided doses after food.

Hello dear, Take 1 tsf  powdered bark in 1 glass of water boil till 1/4 ,then filtered lukewarm liquid can use once a day just like tea,U can take along with your allopathic medication safely
