Kadha drinking time duration
My family taking kadha made of ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, tulsi, honey, kismis, ajwain, black pepper, pudina. Can we take it daily once. Or there should be only specific time duration?

Do not warm or boil honey add honey in kadha only when kadha becomes cold. Adding honey while boiling or when kadha is warm or hot honey acts as slow poison. Take kadha by correct way

Hi, If possible then take its morning & evening Also do yoga, pranayam , kapal bharti anulom- vilom, Bhramari.

Kadha you can have in the morning empty stomach.it mut be hot. Don't add honey, if you need add little jaggery while making.
