Yes you can take this kadha at night after meal.
If you want to get better benefit then you have to take is in morning after brushing teeth as empty stomach.

To get maximum therapeutic effect decoction/kadha should be taken empty stomach to facilitate it's quick and smoth absorption. Timing may alter with different diseases.

Best efficacy of Ayush kadha is empty stomach in morning, after having atleast 1 glass of water. If it doesn't suits you empty stomach try having it two hours after lunch i.e. an hour before evening snacks or tea. At night golden milk is best option to be consumed before sleeping. Ayush kadha can be taken twice a day.
