Hello doctor, recently I detacte sugar problem15 days before I tested first time , fasting was 243 and post was 280 doctor not to start any medication, just told me to diet control n exercise, again after 15 days I tested again today I got the where my fasting was 140 n post sugar level 273, plus also tested HBA1c where I found my level is 9. I'm very worrying for my sugar level, and I don't want to allopathy, as I heard once it started then it will continue forever life long, is there any cure for diabetes in Ayurvedic, I started yoga from last 15 days..also facing lack of sleep problem, pls guide, as diabetic patients are very risky for coronavirus.

Indulekha shampoo contains methylisothiazolinone i saw on google it is harmful as it causes neurotoxicity and affects lungs as well also it has strong odour though it claims to be completely ayurvedic is it safe to use because it contains methylisothiazolinone??

For urtecaria using ayerveda medicine along this can i use allopathy anti histamine tablets suggest me sir

I have had phlegm (liquid cough) since long in the morning and I started taking Sudarshan Ghanvati and felt much better. I took it for a month and found it beneficial to my overall health. Can I continue taking it with 1000 mg Ashwagandha for long term?
