Ok so I'm 23 , height 5'10, weight- 61, i have been working out well and getting my diet as well . I'm eating 7 times a day . But my muscles mass is not progressing. It's been 2 years but my are not growing as it should be. So what should I do to grow my muscle mass . Someone advice me to take ashwagandha rasyana . Should I take it or not ? And what should be my dose?
