Sleeplessness
From past few months I am facing sleeplessness problem usually as soon as I go to bed I used to get sound sleep but now its not happening so I don't know why there is no tension and nothing I am absolutely normal still am not getting proper sleep is there any medicine for this in Ayurveda

At your age sleep should not be a problem. You need to set your routine like getting up early, skipping afternoon sleep n having early dinner..some physical excercise is required to make your body tired. Head n feet massage before sleep will help.  You can take ASHWGANDGA  churn or tabletwill milk before sleeping

Try to have early dinner before 8:30pm and have a gap of at least 2 hrs between dinner and sleep. Take warm bath before sleep You can drink a cup of Chamomile tea 30 mins before sleep which helps in getting good sleep Avoid watching TV or any electronic device 30 mins before sleep as the blue light emitted by these gadgets can disturb our sleep hormone called "Melatonin" Try to go to bed at the same time everyday around 10:30pm

*निद्रानाश के कारन* :- नावनं लंघनं चिंता व्यायामः शोकभीरुषः ।। एभिरेव भवेन्निद्रानाश श्लेष्मातिसंक्षयात् ।। नस्य(नाक में तिक्ष्ण औषधि तेल आदि डालना), लंघन(उपवास) करना, चिंता ज्यादा करना, व्यायाम के अधिक्यसे, शोक, डर, गुस्सा आदी मानसिक वेगोंके अतियोग से निद्रानाश होता है, शरीर में कफ का क्षय होनेसे निद्रानाश निद्राल्पता होती है. *अकाल निद्रा रोगकारक*:- अकालशायनान्मोहज्वरस्तैमित्यपिनसाः।। शिरोरुकशोफहृल्लास्रोतोरोधाग्निमंदताः ।।(वा.सु. ८/६०) अकाल सोने से मूर्छा(चक्कर), ताप(बुखार), शरीर में गिलापन महसूस होना, पीनस(सर्दी), सिरदर्द, सूजन, मुह में पानी आना, शरीर में अवरोध निर्माण होना, भूक मंद होना ऐसी तकलीफ उत्पन्न होती है. *निद्रानाश के लिए कुछ उपाय* महीषिक्षिरं स्वप्नजननानामं । (च.सु.) कफ क्षीण हुआ है ऐसे व्यक्तियों में भैंस का दुध कफवर्धन करके निद्रानाश कम करने वाला होता है. अन्य कफवर्धक पदार्थोंका उपयोग भी निद्रानाश के लिए होता है, उसका योग्य वैद्यकीय सलाह से उपयोग करें. *बाह्योपचार* :- नित्य तेल से अभ्यंग करना, उद्वर्तन, स्नान आदि का योग्य सलाह से उपयोग किया जाय तो निद्रानाश में उपयोग होगा. *मन के लिए उपाय*:- प्राणायाम, अनुलोम विलोम इन अष्टांग योग का उपयोग यम नियम का पालन मनके आरोग्य के लिए कर सकते है. शिरोधारा, घी का नस्य, तर्पण, मन पे काम करनेवाली औषधियों का उपयोग आदि उपक्रमों का मनोदुष्टिजन्य निद्रानाश में किया जा सकता है. निद्रा त्रयोपस्थम्भ में से मतलब शरीररूपी घरके 3 खम्बों में से एक है. निद्रा प्राकृत होगी तो शरीरस्वास्थ उत्तम रहता है अन्यथा सब प्रकार की बिमारियों का सामना निद्रानाश/निद्राल्पता से करना पडता है
