Suffering with Urticaria past few months
Hello Doctor, Kindly help suffering with Urticaria facing sleepless nights had a course of bilistine and citrizine.Still itching all over body in the nights except face  still facing the same Kindly suggest me.

Hi, please avoid fermented food and curd from diet. Make sure you eat easy to digest food. Avoid having constipation too. If possible can you send a pic where you get rashes after scratching? And don’t worry Urticaria is completely reversible so you will get relief with proper diet and medicines

U take Sarasaparilla  Hemidesmus indicus syrup 2 tsf three times a day. Trivrt lehya 2 tsf at bed time with warm water for 10 days. Apply neem oil  an hour before bath if itching wounds are there . Can also apply on scalp .

Urticaria is clinical condition arising out of bad dietary habits . Firstly undergo one investigation called as Serum IgE its a blood investigation. Treatment initially I will suggest you is 1. Take one tablet of Erandbhrishta Haritaki at bed time with Luke warm water 2 Arogya vardhini tablets two tablets twice daily after food 3. Haridra khand choornam two teaspoons ( 10 GMs) three times daily with Luke warm milk 4. Panchatikta Grita 10 GMs ( two teaspoons) before meals twice daily with Luke warm milk Avoid - curd , green chilly fermented food and bakery items Do all this for three weeks

U r suffering from Tridoshaj vikar Don't worry Take Decoction of fresh Giloy Mulahathi Draksha black pepper etc at morning and evening in empty stomach, Take Triphala Churna 1 tsf at night with Lukewarm water for 7 days,Cap Urtiplex1 cap  , Arogya Vardhini Vati 2 tabs bid Apply Lacto callamine lotion on skin twice a day

Most of the time aggravation of pitta is the cause  for uttricaria ,take ajamoda or oma and dry fry in a pan and grind with out water  add equal quantity of  old jaggery  take one 1tsp 3 times  before food. Add 3to 4 drops of eucalyptus oil  in one  bucket of water  and bath . Avoid taking  sour ,oily and spicy food apply neem leaves and turmeric paste for bathing.
