Sita Pita-Urticaria
I have sita pita (urticaria) .please suggest some ayurvedic treatment.I am drinking mint leaves by boiling in water,Is that good for sita pita.

U take Sarasaparilla syrup two tsf in a glass of water three times a day for 15 days. Suthashekararasa 250 mg ,two tabtwice a day before food for one week Avoid spicy oil foods and one causing allergy

Take equal amount of shunthi and marich I.e. black pepper powder add equal amount of sugar in this mixture now You can take this approx starting from 500mg to 2gm when you have that rashes and itching. Please note this is temp relief so that you don't have to leave house during lockdown.
