This is due to liver and gut dysbiosis for which you need to immediately start with HAIP DIET.  Some ayurvedic formulations can give very good results which can be suggested after HAIP Root Cause Analysis during consultation.  Please seek consultation for this

Urticaria is usually manageable, so don’t be frightened by it. Six months of repeated episodes needs proper evaluation and treatment. If you feel that “every food” is triggering it, food itself may not always be the real cause. A detailed consultation can help identify the pattern and plan appropriate treatment. Ayurveda also has good therapeutic options that can be considered based on the individual case.

Chronic urticaria for 6 months needs a detailed evaluation, as food is not always the actual trigger. In many cases, the cause may be autoimmune, allergic or idiopathic rather than a specific food. Ayurveda can help reduce the frequency and severity of symptoms with a personalized approach, but treatment depends on identifying possible triggers and your overall constitution. Please consult me so I can assess your condition and guide the appropriate treatment.

If you have been experiencing urticaria (hives) for 6 months, it is considered chronic urticaria. It can be very frustrating, but the good news is that most cases can be effectively controlled, although it may take time to identify triggers and find the right treatment. If you feel that every food triggers the hives, it is actually less likely that every food is the true cause. In chronic urticaria, many people notice hives after eating, but the underlying problem is often an overactive immune response rather than a specific food allergy.
Next Steps
For an individualized Ayurvedic approach to chronic urticaria, including dietary guidance and treatment based on your constitution, you may also consult us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5.
Health Tips
Keep a food and symptom diary to identify consistent triggers rather than eliminating many foods unnecessarily. Avoid common aggravating factors such as alcohol, very spicy foods, excessive heat, tight clothing, and stress if they worsen your symptoms. Eat fresh, home-cooked meals and stay well hydrated. Get adequate sleep, as lack of sleep and stress can worsen hives. From an Ayurvedic perspective, chronic urticaria is often associated with an imbalance involving Pitta and Rakta, sometimes along with Ama. Management focuses on improving digestion, identifying dietary triggers, and using individualized treatment rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. With appropriate evaluation and treatment, many people with chronic urticaria achieve excellent control of their symptoms, even if it takes some time to find the most effective regimen. Thank you
