Anxiety, depression, sleeplessness
I have anxiety disorders since last 3-4 years ,i had so much of allopathic treatment already and so much of medicines i already ate and.that lead to severe sode effects and this anxiety and depression is leading to other health issues like hormonal imbalance, high prolactin levels and many more ,plz i want something to calm down and have good sleep and improve my sleep quality and beat my anxiety so that my other problems like breast pain and headache may get some ease ,plz help me dr

You can take jatamansi ghan vati to calm your brain. One at afternoon and two tab. at night. Also take bramha rasayan 1 tsp at morning empty stomach as a brain tonic
