Giloy and tulsi syrup
My ayurvedic doctor told me to take giloy and tulsi... I am having some stomach issues like bloating and tightness And have some skin disorders also... So he said that my immunity is low.. so these two will surely help... He told me to mix shakar with it because he said you have pitt dosh... Can i take giloy and tulsi with shakar Please help me

See giloy and tulsi are good for stomach issue but taking with sugar is not the answer of your problem. First you have to clear that stomach problem is mainly due to improper diet and some bad diet habbits. If you follow some diet tips with taking reguler medicines you get good result

for your stomach issue dont eat anything upto you feel hungery. drink only luke warm water. dont eat fermented and bakery product and do some yoga in morning like bhujangasan and pavanmuktasana.

Giloy and tulsi along with sugar does helps to pacify the pitta in your body. But for bloating and tightness you have to take other medicine or mere diet change can do. Adding jeera or hing to your diet helps to decreasing bloating and a warm glass of water after meals.

To get rid of bloating and tightness u can try boiled water twice a day. If possible can add in dry ginger powder. If not relieved some medications may be needed.
