Sir I have frequent cramps on my body but after warming them it goes off. Is it related with some deficiency.

What's the duration of the symptoms, any specific position, (weather, while sleeping) triggers the cramps? Which parts of the body do you get the cramps? Have you checked any labs? Good hydration is the first  remedy for cramps. So keep drinking  liquids through out the day.  Check your thyroid profile too Need more information to prescribe the medicine

Wish to get more details from you. Go for regular walk. Have oil bath ,( body also) 4 days in a week. Avoid sitting in AC Stop using cold items. Cover your body when you are exposed to cold . Wear chappal inside the house also.

U eat good food. Cover ur body while lying down. Apply Mahavishagarbha taila over ur lower limbs. Ksheerabala101 one cap twice a day .
