Related to constipation
Whenever I drink lukewarm water empty stomach, the constipation started and I feel laziness whole day. I have a thyroid too. Is there any treatment there and why this happens

talking luke warm water is not reasons of constipation,even luke warm water helps to break constipation and expelled out the motion,your problem is your diet,change your diet it should be rich in fibre, fruits, sprouts,cereals,avoid white rice,baigan,pumpkin,katahal, spicy food,drink lots of water in a day, at night you drink sweet milk ,add 1tsp cow ghee in your dal daily,do pavanmuktasan, sarvang asan etc definitely you will get relief

U drink warm water one glass at bed time with triphala two tab. Also eat a banana at night after food. Eat plenty of veg,fruits and greengram sprouts everyday.
