I have heard that arogyavardhani vati best supplement for indigestion due to any part like liver, gallbladder, spleen and skin better than liver52 ds which is only for liver not other part.

Aarogya vardhini vati is ayurved medicine used in various conditions.
Diagnosis should be done by ayurvediy way in the form of dosha dhatu mal way
Allopathy diagnosis and ayurvediy medicine will not work.
People takes ayurvediy medicine without proper diagnosis.
They don't know aushadhi sevan kal and anupan pathya apathya or ayurved diagnosis.
Take ayurvediy medicine blindly not by correct way most of time by wrong way with wrong aushadhi sevan kal and anupan and wrong way diet and lifestyle water drinking habits
They don't know about do and don't rules of any ayurvediy medicine.
