I am taking sootshekhar ras and kayam churn after meal but still i have bloating and skin burn. I have to take one liver supplement which one good liv 52ds or arogyavardhani vati. My weight is low 54.

Hello dear don't worry Take Liv 52 D S 1 bid, Don't take kayam Churna because it contains SANAY Take Triphala Churna 1 tsf at night with Lukewarm water, Avipattikar Churna 1 tsf bid with water after meals

You  dont take sutshekhar  after meal  you Take  before food  its  gives best result Also  you dont eat spicy food junkfood meda besan etc
