Hyperacidity
Hi, I am facing hyperacidity from couple of months. Can you please suggest to reduce the acidity. I regularly go for walk in the morning. Also I eat less spicey and have balanced food.

Hello dear, first of all U should avoid red chilli tea coffee Kadi sour curd cold drinks alcohol eggs nonveg smoking tobaco etc if so, Take Madhur Tikta Kashaya ras dominant simple food coconut water pomegranate juice etc,Tab Amlant Maharshi Ayurveda 2 tabs bid with water after meals, Mulethi water twice a day before meals
