Bloating, constipation
My prikriti vata.I have bloating at bed time. plain sootsekhar ras not help swarn sootsekhar help but when i take this my 50% motion come. Then agai acidity at bed time i have taken avipattikar churn, mahasankh vati,amlapittantak tab,chitrakadi vati, kumaryasav not suit. Now i am taking aciloc 150mg at bed time then 50% motion then rabesec dsr in morning again aciloc 150 mg 50%motion come then pan d. I am taking these medicine since lastv2 months now I want to switch over to Ayurveda but in pitta medicine like avipattikar not relief and vata medicine like hingwastak churn increase blood pitta. Start hair fall. I went Ayurveda hospital these above medicine not relief.

These 2 problem s r related to each other.Because of constipation develops acidity so treat constipation taking proper medicine.

drink 2 liters of lukewarmwater daily.Include different types of salads, chutney s, daily in ur diet.about 20_25ml oil in ur diet.Take 1glass home made butter milk at lunch not at night daily it will help u .

You have two problem constipation n acidity,these two are related to each other. If you have constipation then this disease covert to acidity. You already taken lots of medicine but these all are not related to your problems. Firstly you should consult a ayurvedic doctor, Ayurveda definately helps you for your problems.

Avoid spicy hot food ,fast food, Bakery products, excessive oily, salty,starch food, lack of fibre diet, avoid more medication and lots of more. Avoid stress, drink plenty of water.

Consult and get full knowledge.  So much confusion, so much medicine is not good. Virya viruddh medicine should not be taken. Swarna soothashekar is not for motion to come out. It's to reduce acidity. Avipattikara what dose did you take? Higwastataka reduces pain.
