What is the best way (with milk, water or ghee/honey) & best time (early morning or 1 hour before night or after meals) when you also have bloating to include Ashwagandha daily in your diet? Reason to include - To get calming affect & gain strength

U can have it for a week (only) with milk as self medication. For choosing medicines Ayurveda ask to screen person for his prakriti sharir n Manas prakriti as well season and concern to be addressed, diet n routine to be followed to gain max possible beneficial outcome. Ayurveda won't do blind n double blind trials, as our best drug is super food n food or medicines is also locally available
