Is it gud to drink, honey with warm water in empty stomach ? what's are the benefits bec i want to improve my immune system , gud skin

Yes ..its good to take in morning Don't add  honey in hot water directly ... Boil a cup of water and allow it to cool until it is just warm to touch.  Add a teaspoonful of organic, unprocessed honey and stir well to dissolve.

Don't drink warm water with honey according to ayurveda it is contraindicated, in ayurveda texts it clearly mentioned that don't heat honey in any way instead that you consume honey directly
