Question on How Much Can Honey Consume
I am Taking Naturopathy Treatment for Epilepsy....the Doctor who Giving Treatment is Advising to *Take 100 Gram of Honey* with Aloe of Noni Juice, in Morning and *Also 100 Gram of Honey in Evening* with  Some kind of SoarSop fruit juice in Evening... *I Have a Strong Doubt that Consuming 100 Gram Honey is "Not* Good For Body*....*Could any Doctor, Please Clarify me that, How Much Quantity of Honey can Take in a Day ??*...*is Suggesting 100 Gram Honey is Good Advise ??*...

One table spoon of honey can take in a day because this is appropriate 10to12 gram of honey is good for health but it is not recommended to diabetic patients
