Regarding supplements
Hi i workout for 5-6 days in a week and taking few supplements. 1) Ashwagandha 2) Gokshura 3) OMEGA 3 capsules 4) Multivitamins 5) Vitamin C tablets. 6) Protein shakes I would like to know is there any side effects for these? Also for how long should i take these? Is there any time period one should take and stop it ?

Take sprouted moong,daal it will be sufficient . This is full of vitamin and protein.

Hello dear, don't take excess and unnecessary vitamins etc,If you r taking balanced diet,dry fruits, seasonal fruits and vegetables etc then only Ashwagandha( Withenia somnifera), Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) r sufficient as food supplements till u want
