Today I am going to USG abdominal as a routine check up.
And observation is grade 1 fatty liver.as sonography dr told its shown very minimal fat no cause of concern. Also 2 month back i have check lft And values are:- Total bilirubin:-0.8 Direct bilirubin:-0.3 Indirect bilirubin:-0.5 Total protein :-6.7 Albumin:-3.6 Globulin:-3.1 A/G ration:-1.16 SGOT:-21.2 SGPT:-19.0 Alkaline possphaste:-80.3 And also please find attached sonography report.Is there any problem. My height is 174 and weight is 79. Previously before 3 month i was drink lots and ate outside food daily.but after lockdown i have not take that much of drink only drink once in a week.
Also exercise daily 45 min and then walking 10 km daily and play badminton.and taking home made food.
Please suggest me some medicine.

Fatty liver in common in over weight body
Please maintain it weight as per BMI
Avoid sugar , oil ,red meat ,alcohol
Eat twice a day only
Avoid to eat in between two meals
Drink plenty of water daily
Do daily walking
Take tab Metarez
2...0...2 after food
Repeat utrasonography of abdomen and pelvic after 2 months of serious ly following all above
According to allopathic doctors fatty liver is a very common thing but according to ayurveda it's the root cause of many problems in future e.g constipation, gastritis ,acidity,b.p ,sugar,obesity anything .n as u know the reason of fatty liver is ur lifestyle n eating habits .u have changed ur schedule that will be very helpful but u need some medication also for a month or two .

Walk,exercise yoga for an hour everyday.
