Regarding cold diuretic
I experience frequent urination when there is starting of monsoon or winter weather. My body suddenly start frequent urination for one or two day and I feel fatigue, tired ,nausea. I don't experience this when there is summer or medium weather. Please help me with some anti diuretic ayurvedic herb  which I can take and can prevent me from frequent urination and loss of electrolytes from body.

First of all stop excessive drinking of water If you r doing , take water only when you r thirsty , start coriander seeds kadha - 1tsp coriander seeds + 2cup water boil it till half water remains ,take it in the morning for 15 days

In monsoon and winter you tend to perspire less so urine output is more. This is physiological. Instead of anti diuretic I would prefer if you take some Rasayan - Rejuvenation therapy, Amla, Ashwagandha would help
